Terms of Service

All equipment lent by Archive Studios is inspected before each use by Studio Managers to ensure equipment is returned in the same condition it was released.
If you are leaving your equipment in Archive Studios overnight, it is solely your responsibility to ensure you room is properly locked and secure before leaving the site.
The kitchen and facilities must be left in the condition you found them - this includes washing used kitchen utensils and spillages.

All monthly hire clients are required to participate in an informal credit check and will be required to sign a contract with 6 weeks deposit before receiving access to the room.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure all your equipment left onsite overnight is insured and PAT tested.
Contracts are rolling monthly with a 1 month notice period.

3rd party clients MUST be accompanied at all times by the contract signee unless otherwise agreed with Studio Managers.
If you require a late load in or out - Archive Studios must be notified with at least 24 hours notice.
